Strand is the UK's largest provider of electoral management software and services, supplying 116 local authorities that cover a voting population of 13 million people. Strand's solutions support the Registration of Electors, Election Management, Absent Vote processing/checking, and Result Display.

Dale Gould, the Managing Director of Strand, will join the IDOX group together with all of his staff and will continue to manage operations from Strand's existing offices.
